Following closely behind was New Mexico at 56%. The survey, commissioned by Undeniably Dairy for National Ice Cream Month, also revealed that chocolate is the most popular ice cream flavor in the country at 15%. Additionally, the survey found that Americans rate their love for ice cream at an average of 8.6/10, with states like Delaware, New Jersey, and Rhode Island showing the highest average scores.
