Credit: James Minchin IIIIf you haven’t already played it to death over the weekend to celebrate its 20th anniversary, Deftones is hosting a special White Pony global listening party Monday night.
You can tune in and follow along with Chino Moreno and company during a playback of the beloved 2000 album starting at 9 p.m. ET via the Deftones YouTube channel.
White Pony, which was released on June 20, 2000, officially turned 20 on Saturday. The album’s been certified platinum and spawned the singles “Change (In the House of Flies)” and “Digital Bath,” and is widely considered to be one of the best Deftones records, if not the best.
In further celebration of the two-decade milestone, a White Pony reissue is due out later this year. The package is set to include a special remix album, titled Black Stallion.
Last month, Deftones hosted a listening party for their 2010 album, Diamond Eyes, to celebrate its 10th anniversary.
