Position Summary:
As the Radio/Digital Sales Manager, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth across both our traditional radio and digital platforms. You will manage and lead a team of sales professionals while also directly engaging in sales activities to generate new business and maintain existing accounts. Your expertise in both radio and digital media sales will allow you to create customized advertising solutions that meet our clients’ objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals across radio and digital platforms.
- Direct Sales: Personally manage a portfolio of accounts, actively selling both radio and digital advertising solutions to new and existing clients.
- Strategy Development: Collaborate with clients to develop tailored advertising strategies that integrate radio, digital, and social media platforms for maximum reach and engagement.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed about market trends and competitors to identify new opportunities for revenue generation.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring satisfaction and continued business growth.
- Sales Reporting: Monitor and report on sales performance, revenue, and forecasts, providing regular updates to senior management.
- Training & Development: Provide ongoing training and coaching to your team, ensuring they are up to date with the latest advertising solutions, tools, and strategies.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in sales management, preferably in radio and digital media sales.
- Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of both traditional radio advertising and digital marketing solutions
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field is preferred.

- New Business Development – Sourcing, developing relationships, closing business and executing marketing plans for local, direct integrated media solutions including radio, event, and digital business.
- Bridgestone Arena – expected to entertain and develop new business through the use of events at Bridgestone Arena.
- Digital Sales – Strong digital products to sell that are not bound to radio stations
