BMGThe 40th anniversary celebration of Motörhead‘s seminal 1980 album Ace of Spades will continue with a podcast dedicated to the story of the iconic record.
The series, fittingly titled The Motörcast, will premiere next week, and will air new episodes every two weeks.
According to a press release, The Motörcast will “tell stories from the recording studio, on the road, behind the scenes and of Motörhead’s phenomenal growth in popularity following the release of this seminal album.”
Meanwhile, a massive box set reissue of Ace of Spades marking the milestone anniversary is due out on October 30. The package includes remastered audio, as well as various live tracks, B-sides, instrumentals, outtakes and rarities.
