A recent survey of 5,000 workers found that two in five British workers have career FOMO. 43% of those polled had anxiety over staying at their jobs and giving up potential job opportunities. 29% are hesitant to leave their jobs due to work/life balance concerns, and 18% are worried about learning new processes somewhere else. “Nervousness around changing jobs is understandable, but don’t let it hold you back from career growth, higher salaries, and more fulfilling job experiences,” Doug Rode of Michael Page said. “For those who are considering a move but not yet taking the steps to do so, I would urge action sooner rather than later.” (dailymail.co.uk)
