In the survey of 500 Americans and 500 Brits, 8% of Americans polled also admitted that they do not wash their behinds regularly. 13% believe it’s acceptable to have food or drinks in the bathroom. One in 20 respondents from both nations confessed to having defecated in the shower at some point. In better hygiene news, 87% of women in either nation wipe front-to-back, as recommended.
