Credit: Herring & HerringMetallica‘s acoustic benefit stream earlier this month has raised over $1.3 million for the band’s All Within My Hands charity foundation.
The proceeds will benefit Feeding America and the American Association of Community Colleges, and will also support continuing COVID-19 and disaster relief efforts.
The show was Metallica’s second All Within My Hands acoustic concert. The first one, which was held in 2018, also raised $1.3 million.
“Once again, your generosity and kindness have blown us away!” Metallica says.
