The average American skips three meals every week, a survey of 2,000 adults found. Only 22% say that they never skip meals, and 29% miss at least one meal every day. Americans are also forgetting what they eat: Respondents could only remember, on average, 57% of everything they ate in the past three days. “With so many Americans skipping meals on a regular basis, it’s important to make the most of your daily snacks,” Dhriti Batra of Lactalis Heritage Dairy said. “Try incorporating protein-packed ingredients into snacks such as smoothies or salads.” (swnsdigital)
