Dagwood is about as “Totally Nashville” as you can get.
Born in Nashville and raised in Williamson and Rutherford counties. He’s done just about everything there is to do here.
He’s bought records (with his parent’s money) at Hickory Hollow, Rivergate, 100 Oaks and Harding malls (and still has most of them). He’s ridden every ride at Opryland (even getting stuck at the top of The Wabash Cannonball for 30 minutes). He’s watched midnight movies at the old Cinema South on Nolensville Road. His first concert was KISS at Municipal Auditorium in 1979. He even caught a foul ball at Greer Stadium during a Nashville Sounds game when he was ten.
We could go on, but then it would just turn into braggin’ camp.
Dagwood will share his memories of being a life-long Middle Tennessean and playing the great songs that he grew up listening to every afternoon from 3-6.
