A Costa Coffee study of 5,000 adults found 28% become “cozy comfort seekers” when autumn arrives. Top autumn activities include switching to cozy wardrobes, snuggling under blankets, and walking on crunchy leaves. Other popular rituals are comfort food consumption (31%), reading books while curled up (21%), and enjoying autumnal walks with hot drinks (20%). Twenty-five percent enjoy rain sounds while indoors, and 16% light seasonal candles.
