Credit: Ross HalfinVolbeat has once again reached the top of Billboard‘s Mainstream Rock Songs chart.
The Danish rockers currently lead the ranking with “Die to Live,” featuring Neill Fallon of Clutch. That gives Volbeat a total of eight number-one Mainstream Rock Songs singles.
Volbeat is now tied for the ninth-most number-one hits on Mainstream Rock Songs. Foo Fighters, Linkin Park, Nickelback and Five Finger Death Punch each have eight, as well.
Shinedown and Three Days Grace are tied for the most number-ones in the ranking’s nearly 40-year history, with 15 apiece.
“Die to Live” appears on Volbeat’s latest album, 2019’s Rewind, Replay, Rebound. The record’s lead single, “Last Day Under the Sun,” also hit number one on Mainstream Rock Songs.
Volbeat will launch a U.S. headlining tour in support of Rewind, Replay, Rebound April 5 in Las Vegas.
